Step 2: Expert Assessment at Your Home

One of our experienced valuers will arrive at your home at the agreed time. Every valuer is enhanced DBS-checked and fully insured for your peace of mind. We carefully examine each item, checking hallmarks, assessing quality, and referencing current market prices. The assessment typically takes 30 to 60 minutes depending on the number of items, and we are happy to answer any questions along the way.

Step 3: Transparent, Fair Offer

Based on our assessment and live precious metal prices, we present you with a clear, itemised offer. We explain exactly how we arrived at our valuation so you can make an informed decision. There is no pressure and no obligation -- if you would like time to consider, that is perfectly fine. Our offers remain valid for 7 days.

Step 4: Same-Day Payment

If you accept, payment is made immediately by bank transfer. If you decline, we return your items fully insured at no charge.
